organic whole wheat chocolate chip cookies

so yesterday on my day off i made some cookie dough. i made a small batch to see how they'd turn out and then put the rest of the dough in the fridge. they turned out really yummy. this morning i made a couple more batches of the cookies. it says "skillet" cookies, but as i've mentioned before, our apartment here in prague didn't come with any good kitchenware so i was without a skillet and just made them into balls and cooked them how a usual cookie would be cooked. mmm mmm mm lemme tell you. everything turned out fine. ALL my ingredients were organic. (everything but the sea salt uh course) i recommend this recipe to all! especially if you have a skillet...
