52 Uses for Coconut Oil
- Eat a spoonful when you need an energy boost.

i've done all the ones that i've bolded above. there are sooooo many great things about coconut oil. i suggest taking this list to heart. :) oh and a great thing to get is the coconut oil spray at whole foods, too(for spraying your cast iron pans or on the grill).
