skillet chicken fajitas

ingredients; 

1 sweet onion
1 pepper
1 chili pepper
1 jalopeno pepper
organic chicken(i used tenderloins)
2 avocados 
1 lime
chopped cilantro
3 garlic cloves 
cumin, chili powder, s&p
coconut oil 
shredded raw cheddar
sour cream
jalopeno hot sauce
tortillas  







1- saute the chicken for a few minutes in coconut oil with chili powder, salt, and pepper. then set aside.
2- saute garlic, onions, and the peppers until a little soft, then add chicken back into warm.
3- for the guacamole- mash avocados with lime, garlic, cilantro, jalopeno, s&p, and cumin 
4- warm tortillas, shred cheese, and put together your fajitas! 

simple, simple, simple.
